Hydronic Heating Tips

Hydronic heating is an excellent way to heat a home especially if you wish to heat it uniformly throughout. There are two ways of hydronic heating a home:
1. Coils in a slab - the response time is slow and during the periods leading into and out of winter, an additonal form of heating is required to respond to the cool evenings and mornings either side of warm days. Thus making the user unsure as to when the consitent cold weather is starting (or finishing) and when to fire up the in-floor heating.
2. Radiators - respond far more quickly and are easier to control for individual rooms.
The initial cost to install and running cost are about the same.
Mr Stoves Pool World deal with two of the many ways to heat the water, either wood fired or gas fired. Often we integrate wood fired systems with domestic hot water and combine solar hot water heating.
We can supply design and components and then provide schematics and instructions for your builder and plumber to install the system. For further enquiries please phone 02 6021 6477 or come into our shop at 806 Mate St Albury.
